Dynamical Anisotropic-Clover Lattice Production for Hadronic Physics |
|
ProposalContact: edwards(a)jlab.org The investigation of the spectrum and structure of hadrons is a major component of the Jefferson Lab experimental program. The USQCD Spectrum project is devoted to the ab initio determination of the excited state hadronic spectrum using Lattice Gauge calculations on an anisotropic lattice. This formulation of QCD allows the high lying excited state spectrum to be resolved. This anisotropic lattice generation project focuses on the most computationally demanding part of this program, namely the generation of the lattices themselves using 2 light and 1 strange dynamical anisotropic Clover quarks. 2008 |
